Keep your scale working as precisely as possible.

*Reminder: Each Acaia Lunar and Pyxis scale already includes one 100 gram Calibration Weight inside the package.
Essential for any scale owner, the Acaia Calibration Weight 100 g keeps your scale accurate week after week. With the Acaia logo laser-etched on the top and side, Acaia calibration weights are built to F2 class equivalent standards (± 0.0015 g) in our own facility.
Why is calibration important?
Acaia scales are precision instruments. The weighing sensor responds not only to weight, but also to temperature effects, surface tilt, gravitational influence, voltage bias, etc. In order to rule out external factors and maintain the highest weighing accuracy of the scale, periodic calibration is advised. This procedure can be completed with a standard calibration weight like the one seen here.
For best results, we recommend calibrating scales on a regular basis, as well as whenever they are transported or moved to a new location. If you would like to read more about how to calibrate your scale, why we recommend it, and how often to calibrate, please see this help center article: What is calibration and why is it important?
