Shipping Policy

Delivery Country and Time

We offer direct standard shipping from our European webshop to the 34 countries across the continent. This includes Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and United of Kingdom.

The time it may take for your Acaia products to reach you varies after an order is placed. Total time includes both order processing and delivery.

  • Processing: 2-3 working days 
  • Delivery: 3-14 days working days

Due to the current worldwide Covid-19 lockdown protocols, there may be significant delays on deliveries.

Delivery time also depends on your location and, for international customers, your country’s customs protocols. Some countries may have stricter rules for inspecting parcels. Couriers can delay some deliveries.

We do not assume any responsibility for postal delays.

Please note, all packages will require a signature to avoid theft or incorrect delivery.


Where to buy

You can also purchase our products directly from the resellers near you. This would be more convenient for you if your product needs servicing in the future. Check our Where to Buy page for our approved distributors.

Our international RMA policy requires that customers return products to the original vendor for warranty claim or repair. If you purchase a scale cross other country and bring it to your own country, you will need to send it back to the original vendor and be responsible for high shipping costs and import duty when the scale needs repair. To help you save on time and money, we sincerely recommend that you make your purchase locally.

If we do not have a partner in the country, we will unlikely be able to ship to it. Please feel free to contact us through Support.


Customs

The customer is responsible for all customs fees.

If the customer's country or region charges fees (import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc.), the customer must pay the charge(s). The parcel’s actual value is reported on the customs documents and the fees will be collected by the post office or courier service provider. 

We are not responsible for any customs delivery delays. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.
