When you purchase Acaia products on the Acaia official Europe website or through authorized resellers in Europe, you are entitled to a limited 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including parts and labor. Free ground transportation to and from our repair facility within Europe is included. Please note that this warranty does not cover improper use, lack of cleaning, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims will not be honored for purchases made from unauthorized dealers.

If your Acaia product fails while still under warranty and it was purchased in Europe and shipped or taken out of the country, please contact the original reseller for repair or service. You will be responsible for the freight charges and any duties for replacement parts or scales that Acaia may send. You will also be responsible for any labor required to repair the scale if it is outside warranty coverage.

If you purchased an Acaia product outside Europe, the warranty, support, and service will be provided by the international reseller you purchased from. If you purchase a scale from a reseller outside of the country you live in, you may be responsible for any cost related to shipping and/or repair service. You will also be responsible for paying the freight charges and any duties for the replacement products that the original vendor or Acaia may send to you.
