Who is Daiki Hatakeyama
Daiki is a celebrated Japanese barista, as well as the owner of Bespoke Coffee Roasters in Saitama, Japan. He is primarily known for his exceptional skill in manual coffee brewing, a talent that led him to be the first person in history to win both the Japan Hand Drip Championship and the Japan Brewers Cup in the same year (2019). He further distinguished himself by achieving second place in the 2021 World Brewers Cup. Daiki now shares his expertise through masterclasses and online content, focusing on advanced brewing theory and precise measurement techniques.
