Over the past couple weeks, many of you are receiving our acaia Coffee Scale in our improved packaging. Since we have extra measurements to the acaia Scale packaging, we made a video to show you how to open the acaia coffee scale and remove the extra measurements. The main issue is to remove the extra cushion strip inserted around the bottom of the scale. If you do not remove the cushion insert, it will affect the readouts of weights.
