We’re especially excited to showcase our newest release: the Umbra Lunar! Acaia’s first display-free scale is designed for seamless connectivity with other Acaia scales or your mobile device. Using a shared display, the Umbra Lunar delivers real-time data, enabling a streamlined workflow with industrial-grade precision. It’s the perfect companion for expanding your setup or starting your espresso journey.

We’ll also be showcasing the Umbra Lunar Duo! With a larger platform (105 mm x 210 mm x 21 mm) and a maximum capacity of 1500 g, it’s ideal for bigger brewers, double cups, or dosing into larger coffee bags. The Umbra Lunar Duo features the same connectivity and functionality as its sibling, the Umbra Lunar.

Meticulous

Meticulous is the world’s first robotic lever espresso machine, which offers a high-precision weighing system provided by Acaia Technology. Once the espresso starts extracting, the scale works with the integrated flow sensor to adjust and stop the shot at the desired brew ratio. This home machine also allows for the seamless preparation of weight-assisted coffee recipes. You can find Meticulous on display at our booth.

Kees van der Westen

Renowned for their beautifully engineered espresso machines, Kees van der Westen partnered with Acaia to bring precision and innovation to their Spiritello, an elegant one-group lever machine. This collaboration introduced seamless scale integration, allowing baristas to connect an Acaia Lunar directly to the machine. With this setup, the Spiritello can automatically stop a shot once the target weight is reached, merging classic lever operation with modern functionality. The integration reflects both brands’ shared commitment to precision, control, and elevating the coffee experience. The Spiritello will be on our Brew Bar for tasty espresso shots throughout the show!

Artisan

Artisan provides cutting-edge roasting software solutions for the coffee industry, focusing on streamlining workflow, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall quality. During the show, we will introduce our latest collaboration with Artisan, so make sure you visit our booth to check it out!
