- For US orders, to guarantee your order will be delivered on time for the holidays, order and pay before or on December 10, so the shipment will arrive before December 21.
Our customer service hours will be also adjusted for the holiday season.
- Our US team will be taking Thursday, November 22 through Sunday, November 25 off to recharge for the upcoming end of the year. You can still message us through our social media if you have any queries, and we will be back to respond to support emails on November 26.
- For December and later, our international team will be away from December 22-25 and December 29-January 1. Non-US orders will start to ship from January 2, 2019.
